Scannell Properties has proposed a 2.6 million square foot fulfillment center to be located on the west side of Winnetka Avenue in Brooklyn Park, between 101st Avenue and 109th Avenue.

 

According to the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal, this would be the largest single industrial building in the Twin Cities.

 

The "footprint" of the building would be 694,500 square feet.

 

The building will be 67-feet tall. To put this into perspective, the Wurth building at the SE corner of 610 and 169 is 30-feet tall.

 

There is vehicle parking for 1,906 cars.

 

There are approximately 63 loading docks.
